Project Management and Sites Operation

Project management is a new aspect of work in our company. We begin it at the pre-project stage and manage our projects until the sites operation:

• We help get the most of a construction site;
• We make a property survey and can help change the property function;
• We develop site (or group of sites) management systems at the operation stage;
• We make a survey in order to develop built-up areas.
